DMAIC Project Programme
The DMAIC cycle is a 5 step structured problem solving approach and is one of the most powerful tools of Lean Six Sigma.
The Programme offers the chance for you to embark on a DMAIC cycle within your organisation amongst team members and a project selection of your choosing through the guidance of Learn2Lean.
The programme consists of 5 days on site:
- Day 1: DMAIC training - Project Hopper - Project Selection
- Day 2: Define and Measure Phase
- Day 3: Measure and Analyse Phase
- Day 4: Analyse and Improve Phase
- Day 5: Control Phase - Project Completion
Depending on your organisations goals, team members expertise and nature of the project - the DMAIC cycle can be offered at different levels.
- Lean Yellow Belt DMAIC
- Lean Green Belt DMAIC
- Lean Black Belt DMAIC
The cost of each project will vary and ascend from Yellow Belt to Black Belt level. Regardless of which programme is selected to be the most suitable, the primary goal of each project will be a Return On Investment of 25 X.
